The DEI Committee was recognized for their ongoing partnership with Catholic Charities Diocese of Des Moines' refugee resettlement program. The committee regularly assists with apartment set-ups and teaches financial literacy classes to refugees as they join our community. Each Employee Volunteer Award winner was able to direct a $2,500 donation to the nonprofit of his or her choice. The DEI Committee chose Catholic Charities to receive their donation.
