They've been super helpful every time I've been there. Quality work and friendly people. Never thought I'd laugh as much talking to people working at a copying business as I do at copyworks

Great customer service, excellent product. When my daughter wanted her poster laminated, I found Copyworks just off campus. I was horrified that I was going to have to pay $50 to laminate the big poster and a couple of smaller items. When the clerk saw that the poster was an ISU presentation, she offered me the student discount. My bill was under $30. I was so impressed. She told me that I could come back and pick up my project, but I chose to wait until the work was done. It was all finished within half an hour. The plastic lamination was thicker than what I have purchased before at other places and higher quality. Copyworks rocks!

The designer is very helpful.
The estimate and timing are good.
The print quality is high.

Campus Town at ISU has definitely seen better days since I occasionally visited from Iowa City and hung out with my friend Bob. But I still enjoy walking around the couple block area when I'm in town. Copy Works is located on the corner of Lincoln Way and Welch and previous occupants have included a previously established tobacco and periodicals shop among other things.

I briefly stopped by to make some copies of some school and insurance documents related to my son. The inside is what you would expect, yet the electronic payment system wasn't quite as idiot proof as I had hoped. Luckily, one of the staff member was repeatedly helpful and had a great sense of humor doing it. Good service sometimes shows itself in places you least expect.

Copyworks always comes through for our team! We are a very busy restaurant and they take care of our menus and all of our marketing materials. We love their fast turnaround and friendly service!

I appreciate how they will deliver on campus. A real bonus for a PhD student who lives in Des Moines.

These guys are super helpful. I was unsure of exactly how I wanted to have my invitations some & they were more than happy to help me by showing me the options & getting me exactly what I needed. They also were able to get them done while I was standing right there versus another company in town that said I'd have to wait 5 days to have them done.

The Ames Copyworks is a friendly bunch who is willing to go the extra mile to get things right. They know their stuff and offer helpful advice to those who need it.

Most unhelpful service!!! Alpha Copies has better service, and they are cheaper than Copyworks or competitively priced for most things.

I like that the employees and owner at Alpha Copies actually tries to figure something out for you, unlike Copyworks which will be like no we don't do that, you have to get it this way and pay up the butt for it... oh and by the way, we have a graphic designer you can use (...to drag out something to size, since I already had my design made in .pdf), but you have to pay her $75+ per hour in addition to printing costs. Your quote is approximately $160.
