Looked online for some pizza while visiting my daughter for Thanksgiving.

Google said this place was decent
Unfortunately it seems like the people writing the reviews haven't had good pizza.

I called and asked for a well done double sliced large cheese pizza.

The girl I spoke to seemed like she didn't know what a well done pizza was and actually said she didn't know what a double sliced pizza is , that should've been my cue to hang up.

Went and picked up the pizza and the pizza dough was not fully cooked and hardly had any sauce.

Looked well done but was soggy.
Pizza dough tasted kinda sweet.
All this for $28.00.

One of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. Very hard review for me to write, I love pizza.

Nice local pizza shop, definitely worth a visit and better than the national chains. Only complaint is the AC doesn't work so well so it can get pretty warm if eating inside. The apps and salads were pretty good too. I would come back

Cozy pizza joint close to Iowa State. They sell single pizza slices at nighttime on weekends, which is brilliant. Their 30" pizza is a monster. Split it with a crowd or take on their pizza challenge! If you and a friend can finish it within one hour, you receive the pizza for free & $100 cash. Michael, the GM, is a great employee. I enjoyed chatting with Michael about the food challenge.

you really can't beat $4 slices. The employees are nice and i always get everything super fast. I will say that I wish they sold sausage slices and seasoned their crust on weekends like they do on weekdays. other than that everything else rocks!

Delivery service is rude & ridiculous! Have waited over 30 past the time our order was supposed to be delivered. Person I called dismissed how upset & disappointed we were. Acted as though it was no big deal. Gave them two more chances & finally had enough. We ordered from ANYWHERE else but Jeff's Pizza. Plus, for the prices they get, their food is sub par at best.

Great local pizza. Choices of pizza are of good variety and value. Friendly staff, and the pizza itself is solidly above average in quality. If you are looking to venture outside of chain pizza in Ames, I'd suggest starting here. People who reviewed negatively are probably just humorless bungholes.

Great pizza, it always hits when you need it to. Great crust, and the smotherella sticks are delicious.

Anyone who has been a student of ISU considers Jeff's to be a staple. The single slice take away is great and so is the cheesy bread. The pizza itself is good.. a very distinct taste. Staff is not overly friendly but they get the job done.

Just not good. For the person on the phone, thin crust is NOT handtossed. A pepperoni, sausage jalapeño ended up being just sausage. Cmon Jeffs, do better.

Stopped in to grab pizza rolls after the football game. Placed our order online and it was almost ready when we got there. Staff was friendly, but not wearing masks. The place was not very clean and was definitely run by college kids who were joking around most of the time. Pizza rolls were hot and fresh, tasty and a great portion size.
