Valor and Violet salons mean everything to owners Kari and Joshua, two stylists who met years ago that wanted more for their clients, themselves and the team they would build. They came from humble beginnings and had their idea turned down 37 times before successfully opening in Ames. They named their salon Valor & Violet. Valor for great courage and Violet for free spirit. They have fought for their own identity. You will see their hearts in Valor & Violet and you will feel their dream right when you walk in.
