We mill our own 100% whole grain flour every day at our bakery. We use non-GMO wheat from family-owned farms in Montana's Golden Triangle, a region known for growing some of the highest quality wheat in the world. Each loaf of bread and sweet creation is hand-crafted by an experienced team of bakers, using the freshest of ingredients.
