The Wright Coaching and Training Solutions, has partnered with individuals and organizations for nearly 25 years. They provide leadership and team coaching, learning and development workshops, and team retreats. Together they work to discover innovative solutions to challenges faced by businesses and their leaders and create an action plan for transformational change.

Ann Wright is a PCC ( Professional Certified Coach, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation) and Team Coach Practitioner (certified through the Global Team Coaching Institute). She possesses certificates in an Emotional Intelligence Instrument (Learning in Action organization), the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory (Coach U), and the DiSC assessment. Program topics include but are not limited to Productive Conflict Resolution, Communicating with Style, Navigating Difficult Conversations, Presentation Skills, Meeting Management, and Life/Work Balance.
