This summer, real estate and family law attorney Kate Simon joined Dentons Davis Brown. She joins the team at the newly opened Ames office location, 120 S. 16th Street. Kate has experience assisting clients with matters in family law, probate, business, and real estate. Before joining Dentons, Kate practiced at Cordell & Cordell. In addition to her family law practice, Kate is expanding her practice to include real estate, “I’m excited to be at Dentons Davis Brown and dive deeper into real estate law,” said Kate, “It’s rewarding to see places in your community where you helped with the title of a subdivision or a purchase agreement of a new building.” Kate earned her JD from Drake University Law School in 2018 and in 2014 earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Global Politics from Arizona State University.
