Beisser Lumber Company

Beisser Lumber is a full service lumberyard providing Iowa builders and contractors with quality building products and services for over 70 years. Established in Fort Dodge Iowa, we have expanded to include operations in Grimes (Des Moines Area) and Coralville/Iowa City. We emphasize complete customer service, continuously striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. In 1999, we designed and constructed a contemporary new 57,800 square foot facility to accommodate the Des Moines branch. On 12 acres in Grimes, Iowa, this facility contains a 16,000 square foot office/showroom and 41,800 square foot warehouse. The customer friendly showroom contains various product displays with sample material and literature. We believe that design and function are a compliment in the continuing effort to improve the response to our clients needs. In the spring of 2005, we completed construction of our Coralville facility. Built as a mirror image of the Grimes operation, this facility allows us to enhance our service in Iowa and the Midwest.
